About

My career has taken me across nonprofit leadership, aerospace, manufacturing, and community-based program operations. While the industries have varied, the common thread has been my work leading people, improving processes, coordinating complex initiatives, and creating programs that deliver meaningful results.

I began my career in community-based organizations, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations, customer service, and program development. I later brought those skills into corporate environments at Boeing and Volex, where I worked in project coordination, supply chain, process improvement, and business operations.

Today, I combine those experiences in my work with the YMCA, leading multi-site youth programs, staff teams, budgets, compliance requirements, family communications, and seasonal operations.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, along with a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

My Experience

Multi-Site Coordinator | YMCA of the Inland Northwest

As a Multi-Site Coordinator and Day Camp Coordinator, I oversee the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations of youth programs across four locations serving more than 200 participants annually. I manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, inventory, compliance, safety, family communications, program logistics, and relationships with schools and community partners.

My role requires coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously while ensuring programs remain safe, efficient, financially responsible, and responsive to participant and family needs. During the summer season, I lead expanded day camp operations involving up to 30 staff members, more than 100 registered families, field trips, required participant documentation, staff training, meal programs, and multiple operational schedules.

I also use reporting and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement, monitor program performance, and make adjustments to staffing, resources, and processes.

Selected Highlights

  • Manage operations across four program sites serving 200+ participants annually.

  • Supervise 15 employees during the school year and expand staffing to approximately 30 employees during summer operations.

  • Coordinate summer operations for 100+ registered families while managing waitlists, required documentation, staffing, schedules, field trips, and compliance requirements.

  • Increased summer day camp attendance from 165 participants to 184 participants.

  • Manage program and snack budgets, inventory, purchasing, and recurring financial reporting.

  • Coordinate CACFP and SFP summer meal-program requirements.

  • Develop and facilitate staff training and operational procedures to support consistent program delivery.

Program Analyst | Volex Servatron

As a Program Analyst, I supported customer-focused programs and business operations within a manufacturing and supply-chain environment. My work centered on program coordination, process analysis, customer communication, financial recovery, documentation, and continuous improvement.

I worked across departments to identify operational issues, develop standardized processes, track program activity, and improve the flow of information between customers and internal teams. One of my most significant initiatives involved a cost recovery effort that ultimately recovered approximately $750,000 and established payment plans to address outstanding costs.

I also developed standard operating procedures and process documentation to improve consistency and provide teams with clear guidance for recurring activities.

Selected Highlights

  • Led a cost recovery initiative that recovered approximately $750,000.

  • Developed payment plans and coordinated follow-up activities associated with outstanding costs.

  • Supported customer returns and refund programs, including the development of standardized procedures.

  • Redesigned and standardized workflows to improve operational consistency.

  • Developed SOPs, process documentation, reporting tools, and workflow guides.

  • Coordinated with internal teams and customers to resolve program and operational issues.

  • Supported manufacturing and supply-chain programs through analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Project Management Specialist | Boeing

As a Project Management Specialist supporting Boeing's Supply Chain organization, I provided project coordination and operational support for the 777 Freighter derivative program and related work-transfer initiatives. I worked across functions including engineering, procurement, suppliers, manufacturing, and project teams to track schedules, deliverables, purchase orders, documentation, and project status.

The role required strong attention to detail, cross-functional communication, data accuracy, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities within a complex aerospace environment. I regularly maintained project information, supported schedule and quote activities, prepared documentation, and used enterprise systems and reporting tools to help teams monitor progress and resolve outstanding work.

I also contributed to process improvement by developing standardized work instructions and documentation that could be used to improve consistency and support employee training.

Selected Highlights

  • Supported cross-functional activities associated with the 777 Freighter derivative program.

  • Coordinated information across engineering, procurement, suppliers, manufacturing, and project teams.

  • Tracked purchase orders, schedules, deliverables, and outstanding project activities.

  • Developed standardized work instructions used to support training and consistent processes.

  • Supported project closeout efforts for overdue work-transfer activities.

  • Used Excel, SharePoint, Teams, ERP systems, and Tableau to manage and communicate project information.

Branch Director | Boys & Girls Club of Kootenai County

As Branch Director, I was responsible for the overall operations of a 27,000-square-foot youth facility serving hundreds of participants annually. I led a team of approximately 20–55 employees depending on the season and oversaw staffing, budgets, facility operations, program delivery, partnerships, safety, compliance, and customer service.

The position required balancing long-term planning with daily operational demands while ensuring that staff had the resources, training, and processes necessary to deliver high-quality services. I worked closely with employees, families, schools, community partners, and organizational leadership to address challenges, improve operations, and maintain a positive experience for participants.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led the transition from in-person programming to virtual services and subsequently managed the planning and reopening of summer day camp under significant health, safety, staffing, and operational constraints.

  • Managed a summer program serving approximately 110 children through a structured pod-based operating model.

  • Developed staff training and performance-management processes to improve employee effectiveness.

As Program Director, I managed youth programs serving more than 500 unique participants annually while overseeing program planning, staffing, budgets, partnerships, customer service, and program evaluation.

I developed and implemented new programs based on community needs, coordinated staff and resources, monitored participation and program performance, and worked with schools and community partners to expand access to services.

My work included launching new initiatives such as a Breakfast Club serving three schools and a recess engagement program operating across six elementary schools. I also developed staff training programs and led membership-growth initiatives that resulted in a 15% increase in membership sales over a three-month period.
